Returns And Order Cancellation
All items purchased from CBD Supermarket are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations, and as such you will have up to 14 days from the date you receive the item in which to cancel the order and return the goods unopened. Before returning any item, please contact us via our email or contact form informing us of your intentions and we will provide details for sending the item back.
Any items being returned should be in an un-opened and unused condition still in it's original packaging. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, and we therefore recommend the item is well packaged and in certain circumstances we would recommend using a tracking service. On receipt of the item in the conditions mentioned above, a full refund will be made minus our cost of posting the item to you.

Goods Damaged In Transit
If an item is being returned because it is damaged or faulty, then you should immediately take a picture of the item and email to firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm the damaged area in writing such as broken bottle. Once the damage has been confirmed by us it is very important you return the damaged item to us in the original packaging.
On receipt of the damaged goods or a replacement item will be sent, depending on your preference and our stock availability at the time and a coupon issued for the cost of your return shipping.
