Having been there ourselves, we can tell you that product fulfilment is possibly the most challenging part of growing a CBD business. As sales start taking off (and we are sure they will) you will find that more of your time is allocated to product fulfilment, which is a fancy way of saying that you will spend hours standing in a queue at the post office.
We offer a complete fulfilment service to all of our white label and private label customers. This includes product storage, order syncing, pick and pack and product shipment. We can handle all of the fulfilment side of the operation for you, so you can focus on marketing and sales. We can even add your branded inserts in to the delivery packages or use your branded packaging. All our orders are dispatched on the same day, Monday through Friday if the order is received by 2pm otherwise they will go out for delivery on the next working day.
For automated white label fulfilment services, we use ShipStation as our order processing software. If you would like to sell your goods through your ecommerce store and have us handle fulfilment please ensure your store is compatible with this software. FULFILMENT SERVICES
Storage (£20 per month)
Once your goods have been manufactured, we can store them at our facility in York Science Park under your client inventory. We are able to store your products under ideal conditions for maximum quality. From here we can pick and pack your orders for dispatch to your customers. We regularly conduct quality control and checks on our client inventories.
Pick & Pack (£1 per order)
Once your customer places an order we will pick and pack the parcel ready for dispatch. By default this would include a packing slip with your logo but any additional packaging media you require (for example particular wrappings or leaflets) will be included also. We perform quality control checks whenever an order is packed and will endeavour to protect any fragile items. Please note that if you wish in include additional packing media this must be supplied by you or pre-arranged with us and will involve costs outside of the P&P fee.
Discounted P&P fees are available for higher monthly order quantities.
Shipping (starting at £4 per order)
Shipping rates may vary by order, but most domestic UK orders (<250g) will be charged at £4.00. The default service is Royal Mail Tracked 48. This service offers order tracking and typically delivers in 3-5 working days. For next day orders (Royal Mail Tracked 24) shipping rates start at £5.00. International orders will incur higher shipping fees so please let us know if your end-customers will be outside of the UK.
What is White Label?
Using a white label program, a business can bulk purchase products at a reduced price and use their own branding to sell the products. For example, big supermarkets’ “value ranges” are almost always white label products. A different company will have manufactured and supplied them.
What is the MOQ for White Label?
We believe we have the lowest minimum order quantities in the market for white and private label products. While you can purchase any amount without restriction – you only need to purchase just 10 units to start saving, for our products!
What fulfilment services do you offer?

How long will it take to receive my white label products?
Anywhere from just a week to a month, depending on your requirements. Many products can be manufactured within a week and sent out to you, especially for smaller volumes. For large volume orders this may take longer. For white label orders with design and printing services please allow time for the completion of artwork as well as the printing and label application, which typically takes around 2-3 weeks (but can be done in tandem with manufacturing).

How many products do I need to buy to save money?
You can begin saving with just 10 units of product! Not only this, but we also offer incremental savings based on the amount of product you purchase from us. If you purchase 1000+ units, you could benefit from discounts of up to 80% depending on the products you buy!

Where do you grow and produce your CBD?
We work with our products from seed to shelf. Our CBD is grown organically in Europe at our 300 acre farm, we extract the CBD at a GMP, HACCP certified facility where we produce 99% CBD isolate and broad spectrum (THC free) distillate as the raw materials for our products. We manufacture our white label products at our laboratory at the Innovation Centre in York Science Park.
